How JeSuisLiban handles your information
Last updated: 13 September 2026
This policy covers jesuisliban.com, organizer accounts, events, artist or volunteer applications, the newsletter, and the contact form.
Impact Diaspora publishes the JeSuisLiban platform on behalf of AIMF. To exercise a right or ask a question, use the contact form and state that your request concerns personal data.
Depending on your use, we process contact and account details, organization and event information, documents and answers submitted with an application, newsletter registration, contact messages, and technical data needed to secure and operate the service.
We use this data to create and secure accounts, review organizations and events, publish approved events, process and forward applications to the AIMF team, answer requests, and send the newsletter. Depending on the activity, processing relies on delivering the requested service, our legitimate interest in securing and administering the platform, or your consent.
Access is limited to authorized AIMF / Impact Diaspora teams, required technical providers, and, for an application, the approved organization you selected or the campaign team. Private data is not published.
Applications are kept for no more than 12 months after the campaign ends, then deleted. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe; a minimal record of withdrawal may be retained for up to 12 months. Account and organization data is kept during the active relationship and afterward only as needed for closure, security, and legal obligations. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle them.
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection where those rights apply, and withdraw consent at any time. You can unsubscribe through the link in every newsletter and change cookie choices from the cookie policy.
We use access controls, data-level security rules, separate storage areas, and encrypted communications. If a provider processes data outside your country, applicable contractual and legal safeguards must govern the transfer.
